1. The ToyBoxxx wants you to be completely satisfied with your product and overall shopping experience with us. In the unlikely event that you have received a defective item (in regards to manufacturing defect or shipping damage) you are entitled to return the item to us for a replacement, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to all products bought from The ToyBoxxx, your ultimate playstore.

2. Due to the nature of the products and the related personal hygiene issues, we do not accept returns on novelty or toy items unless your product appears to be defective or damaged (manufacturing or shipping). The ToyBoxxx does not facilitate refunds or exchanges on any items purchased. We want you to have fun with your new toys - therefore, if the product is sealed/with the original packaging and proof of purchase and not used in any way, can we facilitate a replacement upon inspection of the item. (inspection of defective/damaged items takes up to 7 days on arrival of the product).

3. In the rare circumstances that a product is faulty or damaged you must contact us immediately or within 24 hours so we can rectify and make sure that you have a superior and positive experience with us. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product, we are unable to rectify the situation. 

Please note all approved returns on defective products will carry a 20% handling fee + shipping cost.
